SOAS Experimental Philosophies Journal is an independent project started by three SOAS students based in London. The main aim of this project is to provide an alternative, inclusive platform for undergraduate students interested in publishing their creative philosophical writings. Our vision is to challenge the philosophical orthodoxy of reference-heavy essays. We believe that philosophy is not only a rigid, highly integrated field dominated by academic expertise, but rather is accessible and practicable as thought and knowledge about life.Â
